Stayantra started with an observation from Nepal’s hotels: whether the owner is at the front desk or in another city, the property loses money the same way — to static pricing, unmade decisions and reviews answered too late. Good managers fix this by making hundreds of small calls a day. Most hotels don’t have enough of those managers.
Existing software gives those owners a better view of the problem. We wanted to give them a system that actually solves it — one that makes the small, constant decisions a good manager makes, and asks for permission until it has earned the right to act alone.
That’s why Stayantra is built around progressive trust: Co-Pilot first, Auto-Pilot only once the AI has proven itself, with an append-only ledger and a Kill Switch keeping the owner firmly in command.
