Stayantra is an AI-native hotel operating system from Nexalaris Tech, made in Nepal for the owners who know this market best.
Stayantra started with a simple observation: many of Nepal’s hotels are owned by people who can’t be there every day. They run capable properties from another city — and quietly lose revenue to static pricing, unseen operations and reviews they can’t respond to in time.
Existing software gives those owners a better view of the problem. We wanted to give them a system that actually solves it — one that makes the small, constant decisions a good manager makes, and asks for permission until it has earned the right to act alone.
That’s why Stayantra is built around progressive trust: Co-Pilot first, Auto-Pilot only once the AI has proven itself, with an append-only ledger and a Kill Switch keeping the owner firmly in command. We’re a product of Nexalaris Tech, and we’re starting with one hotel in Janakpur — then the region.
