Above 100 rooms, Everest is priced by conversation. Co-Pilot AI and feature modules are optional add-ons, and annual billing gets you 12 months for the price of 10.

Yes. Upload whatever you have — spreadsheets, CSV or XLSX exports from Cloudbeds or eZee, even scanned pages — and Exubee reads it, maps it to your rooms, rates, guests and bookings, and flags only what it isn't sure about. Most hotels are migrated the same day.

You can also build on Stayantra three ways: the Website API embeds live availability and the Exubee chatbot into your own site; the public Stayantra Go MCP lets AI assistants discover and book your hotel; and the internal Stayantra Connect MCP is how Exubee itself operates the hotel. They all share one brain — Exubee.
