A product wedge competitors can't copy cheaply
Legacy systems are dashboards. Stayantra is AI-native: it acts, not just records. The Co-Pilot → Auto-Pilot trust model and the per-task autonomy ledger are hard to retrofit onto incumbent architectures.

Native eSewa and Khalti, NPR pricing, and OTA sync make Stayantra the path of least resistance in its beachhead market — the integration depth a global tool won't prioritise.

Every approval and rejection trains the system on how real hotels want to operate. The longer a hotel runs, the better — and stickier — the product becomes.
